    After reading the reviews, I decided to call first to check if they were open and what they had in stock. I called a little past 12 and got voicemail. I called again a bit later when I received a text saying: "please text me". I replied. Ask ik mg if they were open and whether they had certain snacks in stock. This was 2 days ago and I'm still waiting for a reply. Needless to say, I'm not driving all the way to B'ham after reading the reviews and not getting a response. Instead I booked a flight home, cause I know, I'll definitely get what I want there, and get to see family too😁

    i really liked the idea of bringing dutch food to England and when I visited the restaurant it was very nicely decorated ,staff are polite and food is quite good .However, the food is extremely overpriced when portions are quite small. the kibbeling for example is 4.50 for a small portion, it wouldn't be that much in euros let alone pounds. i think you guys should consider prices and actually having the dutch snacks that are shown on the instagram account in stock.

    If I had the opportunity to leave 0 stars I would have definitely done it. I'm from the Netherlands myself and I was really excited to go to Dutchies after I saw what I "thought" they had in store from their Instagram account. The main drinks, dutch snacks etc, were not in stock, service levels were poor and food tasted very bland and overcooked. The cashier did not even have any change and you don't even take card payments? I don't usually leave reviews but have to say it was a complete disappointment and I will not be coming back again.
