Do not dare. Returned a toilet after we had changed our minds and the product did not match the specs. The toilet weighed around 60+ plus Kgs and but the company sent a return slips of 2.5kgs the irony... When i contacted them they said they do not pay for a return ticket yet they had provided a fraudulent one. I then decided to pay my own return ticket which cost more than £30. When the package arrived, the company sent me an image of a broken piece that hardly resembled the original product; i mean in terms of the colour, size of the packaging and product and deducted 40% from the refund fee. It took ebay to interfere and i was given a full refund. Guys please be on the look out should such happen to you. Thanks to ebay and shame on the company. Hope this will give a better view to customers wishing or needs to make a defined choice on the product. SHAME ON THE COMPANY

Be careful when buying from this company. They will make all the feeble excuses not to accept a return for a faulty item. In my case it was only when eBay intervened I was refunded the full purchase cost.Avoid at all cost.

I have received 2 damaged/faulty sinks and Durovin are refusing to send a replacement, despite the faults being reported as soon as the items have been opened. Not the service that I would expect from this company that I have been a regular customer for in the past.

Poor customer service. The resin sink we bought cracked on first use when we ran hot water through it. Upon contacting the Durovin support team we were told that any damages and defects need to be reported to us prior to installation. Poor quality and terrible support for an issue that couldn't have been known until the sink was installed.

Not to be trusted, we returned a basin and only received 50% of the cost with them saying it was chipped on a corner when it was a round bowel. Avoide at all costs, plenty of honest dealers out there.
