What criteria do you use to select physicians for your referral service?
We select physicians for our referral service based on their qualifications, experience, and reputation in the medical community. We ensure that they are licensed and board-certified in their respective fields and have a track record of providing high-quality care to patients. What are the qualifications and experience of the general practitioners at your practice?
Our general practitioners are highly qualified and experienced in providing primary care services to patients. All of our GPs are fully licensed and registered with the General Medical Council. They have completed extensive medical training and continue to engage in ongoing education to stay up-to-date with the latest medical advances. What should I expect during a typical visit to your office?
During a typical visit to our office, you can expect to be greeted by our friendly and professional staff. You will then be seen by one of our physicians, who will conduct a thorough examination and discuss any health concerns you may have. Depending on your needs, they may recommend diagnostic tests or refer you to a specialist for further evaluation.Do you offer telemedicine or virtual visits?
Yes, we offer telemedicine and virtual visits for patients who are unable to come into our office for an in-person appointment. This allows us to provide convenient and accessible care to patients who may have mobility issues, live far away, or have other constraints that make it difficult to see a physician in person. Will my insurance be accepted for the diagnostic tests?
We accept most major insurance plans for our diagnostic tests. However, we recommend that you check with your insurance provider to confirm that the tests are covered under your specific plan. If you have any questions or concerns about insurance coverage, our staff will be happy to assist you.Reviews

I have been in that practice for 17 years, it used to be really good with good doctors. Nowadays lack of basic knowledge and lack curiosity on the GP side is astonishing. Knowledge in basic admin processes is non existence. On the top of that if you want to talk with practice manger - not possible, if you want to talk to the doctor because you do not agree with admin process which they have done - not possible. Either way, now I really don't know what some of the GP's in Dunford are doing.

You can never get an appointment from 8am I rang 72 times and was engaged throughput until about 9am when someone answered the phone to tell me all the appointments had gone this was hard to believe because not once did the phone ring throughout the 72 times not really good when you are feeling unwell to make an appointment with a doctor

I have recently joined this practice. Wish I'd joined them years ago. Excellent service from both reception staff & doctors. I rang at 8.00 a.m. for an appointment. I was offered either telephone appointment or face to face on the same day. Within 15 minutes I had a call from the GP.. I can't praise thus surgery enough

Used to be a good doctors and I used to recommend it to everyone but I'm sick and tired of the uselessness of it. Can't pre book a single appointment even though its follow up appointment, can't send a picture over even though thats all the appointment was for, for me to show a doctor a picture, I explained I have no transport to get there so please can I send a picture, that was a no (as usual). Never give you any help or try to make anything easier for you at all or have any flexibility at all they just make everything hard work for you and you have to jump through hoops, I don't believe I've ever had an experience with this doctors where they have just helped you out and made it easier and you're lucky to get an appointment half the time, especially if you get through to a certain receptionist (not sure which one as they're all nice to your face) that barks down the phone at you giving you orders and thinks that she can tell you what you should be doing or what a doctor can/can't do, it's a joke and she needs to be told by a higher authority that she hasn't got the qualifications to be doing that. And if she speaks to me in that tone again I'm reporting her, absolutely disgusting. I'll be finding a new doctors that's for sure (I'm sure theyll be happy with that too, 3 less patient's to deal with and wont be happy with my review). Had enough.

I wouldn't recommend parking at this doctors. I have a disabled mother who relies on me to take her to her appointments, and the carpark is always full despite the doctors waiting room being empty. I input my registration everytime I take my mum, as she signs in with the doctor. I do this habitually everytime and have absolutely not forgot to do it. I then received a letter in the post for a £100.00 fine for parking in the carpark. I asked for a confirmation of appointment from the receptionist which she was good enough to give me, as well as a letter from the assistant manager requesting that the charge be dropped, and I appealed the fine. I then received an email from the carpark company saying my appeal has been rejected because I did not input my reg, and the fine still stands. This is a disgusting way to treat people who are trying to take their elderly disabled relatives to their doctors appointments. If I was using the carpark for its intended purposes, with a valid appointment, why am I STILL being charged by this company?! What purpose does this serve?! Even if somebody was to forget to input their reg, for arguments sake, mistakes happen, why would you fine people on their first strike for trying to use the facilities and then not accept their appeal when they have clear evidence of an appointment. Its just a sickening excuse to make money off people. Wouldn't surprise me if they do it on purpose!

Part of the staff show less respect to their patients, some doctors don't make an effort to listen what we are trying to ask/ say/ explain. If you choose this practice, at least avoid Dr Ramzan
