We purchased 8 radiators from Trust and the order and installation process went well. The installers were quick, clean and efficient. In the evening of the installation I was setting all of the thermostat times and noticed that one of the thermostats had a corrupt field which could not be edited. I contacted Trust and they arranged for the installer to return and replace the faulty thermostat. This was done about a week later. This should have started alarm bells ringing but the other thermostats all appeared to be ok. Some time later we, by accident, noticed that one of the radiators was heating to 23 degrees at 2am, something it was not programmed to do. We had programmed all of the thermostats with the same settings every day, no changes on individual days. On checking this 'rogue' radiator I found that one of the program settings was corrupt just like the original issue but not in such an obvious place. You had to go and look for it. I then went round the other radiators checking the settings in depth. To my surprise I discovered that 2 of our remaining 6 radiators had corrupt sections in their thermostats, all similar to the initial problem and not able to be edited. I subsequently found another issue missed at this point. This means that 5 of our 8 radiators have had faulty thermostats (so far), an incredible 62% fail rate. It is not possible to know if these additional faults were there from day 1 but it would seem likely. I contacted Trust to advise them and I advised them that the faulty thermostats required to be replaced and they said that they would do so. We took out the Trust Care Package which I would have thought would expedite this quicker. Unfortunately this was not the case and I had to repeatedly chase up Trust to try and get a date for replacing the faulty thermostats. I was met with repeated apologies and excuses but no action. 67 (not a typo - sixty-seven) days after saying that they would send an electrician to replace the faulty parts an electrician arrived. He had come from another part of the country, a 300 mile round trip, but he had not been given the correct parts to do the job. Trust apparently would get back in touch with me and the electrician set off back home. That was a week ago and I have had no update from Trust - the day count now at 74. I have found Trusts hardware to be totally unreliable (62% failure rate) and its customer service shocking. Trying to deal with Trust and cancer at the same time has been a nightmare. I have absolute faith in my doctors but I wish that I had never heard of Trust. Services: Heating system maintenance, Heating system installation

Very pleased with our new radiators. Already feeling the difference They look neat and fill the room better with heat. It was easy to contact Trust. The initial home visit was very helpful and we were never pushed into buying. The process was easy and as per the lead times quoted. The installation was very smooth and our old storage heaters were taken away. Thank you very much. Service: Heating system installation

On the 15/02/2023 we had our heating system fitted by the Trust electric company . We would highly recommend Scotts family run company for the excellent service they provided for myself and my partner .we are moving from york to rowgart in scotland ,and scott not only made us feel at ease and explained how his heating system worked in great detail so that we had a clear understanding of everything and the cost's without us over spending and helping us keep to our budget. His company we felt were very old school not bombarding us with fast selling talk which can leave people not properly understanding what they are signing up for .When we had sorted everything out and felt 100%happy with everything we booked to get the heating set up on the 15/02/2023 .There we were met by two great guys called Brice and Corey who were based in the Leeds centre .They were two young men who were so helpful and as Scott did, took us through everything and were happy to help us with anything we needed to ask ,which being of the older generation we needed to go over a couple of things a few times, which didn't fase them at all .When they had completed putting all the radiators in they tided up , and just made sure we were clear and happy about everything ,which we were . Two very nice caring guys who we felt did Scott and his family business justice .A big thank you to Scott his family and to Brice and Corey .meany thanks from Gordon and Becky .
