Very poor customer service, after waiting more than 6 months to reply to our complain of the faulty and very expensive toilet seat and requesting document after document they say warrantee is over, you can buy a new one with a discounted price. We had to chase customer service several times. They even asked for the receipt twice! Very disappointed. will replace with different brand

My toilet seat dampers have failed, Duravit want me to find Builder Depots internal order to them for the warranty claim. As you can imagine this is proving difficult to obtain, I think it is ploy not to repair the fault. They also wanted me to replace the dampers once I find the internal order details. Premium price but not premium service. Disappointed! Brian
