Unacceptable that downstairs you only serve doubles for drinks that's really unnecessary. I told the bartender I don't like to drink doubles it's too strong and then just said can they give me a double vodka orange and a fruit juice and they refused to even do that so I could decant half the drink to share with my friend! (He said no because he knew why I was ordering it!?. But the DJ downstairs is awesome and it's a fun crowd. I had a really good time at the painting event a while ago too. It's worth visiting but not serving singles is really silly, I ended up getting a drink elsewhere after instead. Also it's Camden most places scan ID in case you cause trouble so no point complaining about that in London. Just bring your ID everywhere.

Worse place ever! I booked tickets for a privet party and came with all my friends. No one mentioned that ID can only be used with a physical card, and a photo on my mobile wasnt enough. They kept many of us outside and the guy Ali that workes there kept on being very nasty to us. In one point he said he will let us in, however, that was just to Shoosh us... He only let 5 chicks to go in saying he can have only 5 as exceptoinal.Right. We waited and waited and he was just lied in our face. Never EVER will go there. Also, people left in the middle complain how bad it was all inside, too many people and the opposite of an enjyble evening. Shame.

If using the cloak room is apart of the entry policy it should be disclosed before tickets are purchased to enter the venue. After forcing people to use the cloak rooms they then proceeded to loose our coats due to bad cloak room management, they took no accountability and offered no apology or solution for the problem they caused and instead got really defensive and rude over a human error. They could have handled the situation better but they prefer to instigate.

Ordered the pretty in pink drink, candy floss had a fly in the middle! When I told one of the waiters (guy) he picked the rest of the candy floss from the glass with his bare hands and refused to exchange my drink, truly disgusting service! 🤮

The paint party was disappointing. There wasn’t anyone with any actual paint knowledge. Don’t book if you’d like to learn anything about painting. We stood around for an hour until 8pm before any painting started.

You must put your coats away before entering the club whether you feel comfortable with this or not. Also one of the bouncers was unnecessarily very rude and aggressive when speaking to a young female at the entrance. Such behaviour wasn't warranted. Good music though, although not good enough to make up for the bad arrival.
