Very poor course, played a few times and everything s I play it gets worse!!! Fairways are as long as the rough! Fairways that have been cut the grass cuttings are left! For £25 on a weekend really is not worth it avoid playing here you’ll be dissatisfied with the up keep of greens and bunkers fairways and the over crowded tee boxes worse course in Essex by far

Desperately poor uncut course the fairways where longer then the rough areas of most normal courses, literally played 5 holes and lost 6 balls, all of them hit down the fairway. Lots off access Cut grass laying on already long fair ways is not ideal, I won’t even mention the greens. I recommend not even bothering trying to play golf here.

Main course in horrendous condition, countless balls lost even on what is supposed to be the fairway, people who run this place obviously couldn't care less, will definitely not be returning and I strongly advise anyone reading to avoid too.

This place has gone down hill cost £25 for main course not a bad price . But the fairways were like the rough and greens well Iv played on better rugby pitches . Only played 9 holes as was so bad . Asked for refund but they only give credit lol

This course is good value for money. I also like the pay and play style. The greens are massively improved. And the grass seems to be kept shorter than it was previously. The course itself is enjoyable to play. After long spells of heavy rain this course still plays well. The clubhouse is still a bit dated. But overall this course seems so much nicer to play.

The par 3 is a really good beginners course at a very good price. However during the summers greens and fairways are not really maintained and alot of the time around the greens are just dried mud.

Very forgiving is a good phrase for this course . As a local only living about fifteen miles away , if my golfing confidence is suffering I come here to hopefully get the encouragement I need . That said , despite its hundred yard wide fairways on some holes , you still need to think about it in places . It has many nice features but the stand out for me is the blind tee shot par three ! Surely unique ? The green fees are very affordable so take it for what it is , it’s a family golf centre so ideal for learning the art of golf
