Very good company to order from. Credit card option doesn't include PayPal and AMEX. Ordering system is easy. Customer service on the telephone is good. Once the delivery date is confirmed your email/phone will be busy as they don't let you forget you owe them the balance! Delivery on the day is excellent. The location of the van is constantly updated and offers accurate time of arrival. The gent who delivered was skilled in maneuvering very heavy items and will try to place it at a point of your preference. He also meticulously checked all items to confirm nothing was missing. The experience would have been even better if the company could recommend tradespeople local to your area who could build these.

Bought a shed from Dunster House around a year ago and after an easy construction it's just as good now as when we first installed it. Quality t and g walls and supplied with adequate supplies of screws and fixings, it was really easy to put together and only took around a morning before being able to use it. I've left it until now to give it another coat of preservative to allow the wood to fade a little more to the same colour of our existing shed but the original treatment is pretty good when it is delivered. They only thing I would have liked would have been a better grade chipboard for the roof and floor but they are both as good as they were a year ago so time will tell. All round a really good shed at a great price.

Excellent service from start to finish. Delivered on expected date and delivery guy was very helpful especially in the middle of covid19... My wooden gazebo with tiled roof looks amazing and exceptional valve for money... Most definitly will use Dunster House again... Thank you JENNY....
