Ordered my 3x3 metre gazebo nearly two weeks ago. Now I’ve been given a delivery date for more than two weeks away. From the day I paid to the day “they say” I’ll receive it is over a month. They actually said to me on the phone ignore the website and read the t’s and c’s where it states it will take longer that what the website advertises. I will update this when the delivery actually happens on quality etc.

I ordered the Terminator 2.5m x 3.5m shed with double doors and single window. This shed along with extras was a very reasonable £3.5k. The shed itself got delivered on the 20th April 2023 and was delivered about 2 weeks after date of purchase which was not expected but much appreciated after a potential 4-5 week wait that was instructed by the company. Everything arrived and was in good condition all be it some warping and bending in wood but that is always expected with such dry timber but the delivery persons were very friendly, chatting to me while they unloaded the truck and helping to place it in the best area to make sure it wasn't blocking my garden path. The building was erected by myself and my farther (professional joiner) and took about 3 days total build time which did include creating a level base structure on day 1. Assembly was relatively straight forward and easy although I'm sure less competent persons in building may struggle with certain features. I.e. Windows and doors being framed in. The instructions could do with a bit more step by step guidance. Once built however the building was exactly what was needed/required for what I want which is a bike workshop/ home gym. It comfortably has fit a power rack with cable attachment and a full fledged bike workshop to one side. The staining process of the building, which must be done by yourself is a long and arduous process which took two days with just myself doing the work but has left the building looking stunning (hazelnut waterproofing stain used). Again someone less competent or confident in themselves may struggle with this as there is NO instruction on how to complete this process. All in all a very good and reputable place to buy a garden shed/building from. It has been fully constructed for about a month now and looks great and functions exceptionally. I am located on the west coast of Scotland. Thank You!

An untrustworthy company with their pricing - they make it up as it goes along. Appalling customer service for an £ 11k order - truly didn't care about the business or your hard earned cash. There are better, more deserving, customer caring companies out there - quite simply Dunster House have got "too big for their boots" and don't care anymore about their customers.

Windows were delivered on the day agreed and made correctly a very good level of service. Only slight criticism the number of packers for the glass installation was insufficient considering the fractional cost of them all a bit unnecessary hassle fortunately I had some left over from another project or it would have been a problem.
