Overpriced, low quality but fast! We got a level 3 building survey from Dunsin Surveyors. We went with them because they were the company with earliest availability - this was a mistake. Key faults with the house were missed (cracks down the side of the house and underpinning) that were picked up by the bank's valuation. Since then we have found another house and got another survey done by a different company and there is a world of difference between the two; Dunsin's survey having noticeably less detail whilst being more expensive. Don't make the same mistake as us - get a survey done right even if it takes a week or two longer.
