If you're looking for a variety of dresses at a cheaper price, I'd recommend this place, although their customer service wasn't the best. I had to wait over 45 mins for a consultant, just to hear what I could see (sweet neckline, flowy dress with buttons, etc.) I was asked to come back the next day in the morning so I could "enjoy" the full experience and I was disappointed to say the least. I came in with my maids of honours, got asked to seat and wait for a consultant, only to wait around for another 15 mins,while the consultant was busy chatting to other brides. Once they were ready, went into a room to try my dresses and I couldn't have felt more conscious of my body shape (I am on the curvier side ) and my skin colour. I "tried" the first dress, got to my thighs and without even a small attempt I was told "it won't go, let's just take it off", I was appalled!! Anyone on the curvier side knows we don't just fit in, you've gotta wiggle and giggle a bit, but to be dismissed like that, I was hurt. I had a few more dresses in various sizes that I had picked to try, but the consultant decided to take them away cos I won't fit in them, so no point wasting time! Shock on my face!!!! I was then recommended 2 dresses in a bigger size, I thought it'll go well.. heck no! While getting into the dress, I kept saying it wasn't straight, hence why she was struggling to pull it, at the 100th time, I took matters into my hand and decided to wiggle it around...surprise - it fit to the glove!! At this point I was done with the whole experience so I politely said I'd leave it for the day. I got dressed and waited around, I was expecting at least some further comments or suggestions but that didn't happen. The consultant came back to clear the room, didn't utter a word until I asked if that was it and basically said yes.. off you go! I had been to other Wed2B before and never felt this way, maybe it was a bad day for the consultant or maybe didn't have enough experience, or my previous experiences gave me high hopes but I definitely know as a person of colour I felt uncomfortable.

Although this place has a variety of dresses to choose from, we found the service not really great. Long wait to be served as you cannot just try dresses without the staff assisting.
