    My WONDERFUL Dad very Heartbreakingly passed on the 24th Feb this year & we of course entrusted his care in the very safe hands of Dunnings,as he had specifically requested us to in a big 'write up' he had prepared a couple of years previous to his passing..Bless Him!!🙏💙 My WONDERFUL Mum had also been under Dunnings Care 5 years previously in 2018..Bless Her!!🙏💖 From the moment we stepped into Dunnings,we were treated with the upmost respect,kindness & compassion,by our Amazing arranger Andi!! Everything was clearly explained & no request was ever too much!! Andi,Becky,Ryan & Mark..TEAM CARE..went above & beyond with both their FANTASTIC CARE OF DAD & US!!❤ Every little detail was 'fine tuned' to ensure that Dad's SPECIAL 'DAY' went to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!🙏💙 Their FIRST CLASS CARE hasn't wavered or ended in any way whatsoever,as I know I can just walk in there anytime I need,for a chat,shoulder to cry on & Hug..which I'm 'humbled' by & REALLY TRULY THANKFUL FOR!!🙏❤ Their Mourning Coffee sessions on the first Wednesday of every month,are an absolute BLESSING & I am here 'SHOUTING OUT' to EVERYONE to attend,as it's a GREAT COMFORT & just 'good for the Soul' in general..!!🙏❤ Also have to mention the good cakes they have there,too..!🎂😁👍🤗💓 I SINCERELY THANK YOU GUYS FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR EVERYTHING & 'BOW DOWN' FOR ALL YOU DO..!!🙏❤ MASSIVE RESPECT & LOVE TO YOU ALL...BLESS YOU!!🙏❤XXXX

    I visited Dunnings on Tuesday 4th October to enquire as to funeral arrangements for my Mother who was in her last few months. The lady, Andie, was very helpful and sympathetic and understanding of my requirements. Andie gave me all the telephone numbers of who I should call on the event of my Mother’s passing. Unfortunately this is where the good review ends. My Mother passed away peacefully at home on 8th October. I rang the number that Andie had given me and was shocked and staggered to be held in a queue on an answering service that was one which I would expect on an insurance or general enquiries website. I held on the line for nearly 2 hours hoping that someone would come back to me - but NOTHING. At a time of great emotion, stress and grief I found this totally unacceptable. WARNING - do not use - they promise the world and do not deliver.

    I recently had to arrange funerals for both my mother and father recently and Dunnings were fantastic from beginning to end. Thank you very much indeed for making the whole process straightfoward and for putting my brother and I first in the decision making process and advising us, when we were unsure what was best. We could not asked for any more, so we will always be very grateful to you all and Peta Moffit was fantastic as our celebrant, we could not have been more fortunate. We were especially grateful that we were able to use Salisbury Crematorium for our father's service, as we were holding the wake at his house. Nothing was too much trouble and I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart, for making it so easy and relaxing for us at the most difficult time in our lives.

    Where do I start to explain the respectful and courteous service we received from Andi, Ryan and the whole team dealing with the arrangements after mothers passing. My Grandfather actually started this funeral business in the 1920’s and I am sure if he were still with us he would be so proud how the company has evolved into being such an established funeral directors. From the moment I contacted Dunnings out of hours service until the actual funeral they could not have been more helpful. On one of my visits to the Chapel of rest I accidentally left my phone and Andi went out of her way to drop it off at my house.
