I availed their services over the years and never been disappointed. Despite their apparent detached and brusque nature, they are extremely efficient and professional. The work has always been impeccable and apart from shoe repairs and key cutting, I often take my watches there to replace batteries and my Diesel watch (the strap was irreplaceable because the company no longer manufactures these) strap was repaired as well as it can be! I have also bought personalised items for pressies from them.
