From a tenant perspective these guys are very reasonable. They aren't overbearing or manipulating to try and catch you out, like some agents. Painless to let from them. The reason for the lack of 5 stars is as follows: - providing out of date agreement. It was dated 2019 and since this date laws have changed regarding charged. They should update their documentation to reflect this - couldn't contact them in emergency. The emergency number provided was their office number and they were closed over the bank holiday
