Took my car in as it had "oil pressure low" intermittent error. At the start of the visit I explained what is the error and when it comes on. I have also asked to add replacement windscreen wiper blades and 5L of oil. I also had a courtesy car booked which was in a very poor state - very dirty inside and out, not acceptable considering the costs of service. I would have expected much better treatment. After a full day for the car at the garage - I was told there is no issue with the car. The so called mechanic advised the diagnostic was carrie out and came out with no errors (it is false as I scanned the car system and it had the error which i have NOT deleted). The wiper blades were NOT changed and I did NOT get my oil. This is shocking and I was ignored by customer advisor who did not want to go into any details. So conclusion is that i wasted a full day, nothing has been carried out and I was left driving one of the dirtiest courtesy cars I ever driven. I have been re-booked for 29th of May for another visit. Hope it will be better otherwise it is my last time at this garage. And also, after I left the garage, the error came back on AFTER 3 MINUTES OF DRIVING!

Been a customer for five years always purchasing new cars , have had 3 brand new Audis . Purchased a q2 in December having waited 7 months to receive it due to ordering it in and had sos malfunction notification appear on dashboard then redialling call consistently . Checked up online apparently a common issue . Went to Audi ! Spoke with all managers and felt like I was Ganged up on by all three . The standards have dramatically dropped ! Don’t care about customers at all . Cut off when calling for updates on 3 occasions . I also managed to be connected to another customer which was extremely strange . Describe the place as completely disorganised. Car is 5 months old . Was told needed new MMI unit and was my own fault and something must have been spilt on MMI unit . Warranty wouldn’t cover it and billed 1900 . Awful customer service including the managers of Audi . Extremely rude condescending and unhelpful . Will not be using Audi in future for any cars .STAY CLEAR of DUNDER AUDI . I will never buy another car from them again.

Sales men as deaf as a door knob. Went in as looking to replace the motor and fancied an Audi this time. Knew roughly what I wanted but when sitting down with the salesman after looking at a few cars the same model. He did everything possible not to give us a price for them. Instead kept trying to suggest larger cars and providing quotes and figures on almost every model bigger than the one I wanted. What happened to give the customer what they want.
