    We placed Spud our 16mth old Sprocker for the first time at Dunclent for 12 nights. We were nervous but Helen and the wonderful, caring team made sure Spud was loved and looked after as if he was one of their own. Sharon in particular took a shine to Spud, and assisted with some heel work which was lovely. We cannot recommend Dunclent high enough. Outstanding!

    I’d had concerns about putting our large Rescue dog in kennels as I didn’t want him to feel abandoned. He’s also a large boy and can be grumpy with other dogs. We did a test one night stay and Paddy seemed fine and was very enthusiastic and happy when we returned to drop him off for his week stay. I didn’t need to worry at all he’s been fine and has extended his fan club to include Nicki and the owner Helen, who he loves and they adore him too. The kennels are spotlessly clean and we won’t hesitate to take him back to this doggie holiday home again.

    Amazing individual customer service. My children have special needs and it was worrying them about leaving their kitten for the first time. A lovely lady showed them around (rather than us) and spoke to them with compassion and kindness. She even took them to the stables and let them stroke her horses. Afterwards the girls said their kitten was going to stay in a beautiful county hotel with other cats, dogs and horses to keep him company; so sweet!!
