Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, Paul.S. called me to say he on way, arrived and did all checks and stuff and I have no clue about engine related stuff and so he told me in basic language and then he explained it technically to my husband over the phone, loaded car and then took car and me home. I would definitely recommend. When car is sorted I will be popping over to the office to leave a thank you for Paul.

Broken down in a tricky spot in a below ground car park with a height restriction. Dunchurch were quick to come up with solutions and had us recovered to a garage of our choice within 2 hours of our breakdown. Staff were friendly and super helpful cant thank them enough. Cheers lads!

After breaking down on the M1 and being towed of by the Highways Agency, we were waiting to be taken back home by Dunchurch Motors breakdown and recovery. Although they did contact me and tell me they was on their way, the miserable git that turned up was unbelievable. Grunted at me from the minute he turned up and then refused to take my dog in his cab. That I can accept but to then just drive off and leave my family (including my daughter)stranded is an absolute joke. Do not use this company!!!!

Went to look at a couple of vans,one had a flat tyre that the chap didn't know about,made an offer on one and he he said he would speak to his gaffer and get back to me,that was over a week ago, wouldn't give me much confidence in the after sales!

Suffered a injury while using Dunchurch motors for a recovery in April, torn my shoulder cuff slipping on the bed of the truck when being asked for help by the recovery guy , the bed was covered In oil and grease , not only that the recovery guy used wood with nails sticking out causing a puncher, contacted them regarding this & didn't want to know, solicitors now involved

I used Dunchurch Motors via my breakdown company - Green Flag - they were prompt polite and very easy to deal with. Phoned to let me know when they would be there, turned up as promised , dealt with the issue efficiently and were really friendly . Would definitely recommend them .
