I made initial contact via the webform with a 500 character limit, my request was answered by a case worker asking for more information as if I had chosen to limit my initial request for assistance to 500 characters myself. I week after sending my full reply with all the personal and case details and receiving no reply I re sent the email, another 7 days and another email. Today is 3 emails and 4 weeks since contact. This has effected my case as I have a time limit to seek redress as stated in the emails. STAY AWAY
