All the guys at Duncan James were fantastic. Each time I visited or had to call to make changes or arrange appointments. I was meant to get Married the day after lockdown was announced so had to return the suits I had collected to then wait again until our new arranged date. I was worried that over time there may be issues but the staff were supportive and helpful and made me feel at ease and picked up where we left off. The suit I had for my wedding was comfortable and made me feel like I looked like a million bucks. I'll be hiring suits for any parties I have in the future no doubt. Easy rating of 5 stars. Thanks again and I look forward to using you next year for my friends wedding to get suited up again
