I bought a light from Duma over a year ago, which, when I finally got round to installing it, tripped the electrics. Went back, more in hope than anything else, as I have 2 others and needed this third one to match. No receipt, over a year since bought, yet it was immediately received back and repaired, and even had a longer cable put on it as that was more convenient for me. All I had to do was go and grab a coffee whilst it was done. Oh, and despite my offering, no money was accepted despite the longer cable. Ladies and Gents - that is service. Very happy (will return) customer!!

Well, the store is very strange and obviously aimed at visiting tourists, they sell cheap things for a very expensive price. I am against the appearance of such stores in Whitstable
