FAQ

What amenities do you offer for horses and riders at your equestrian facility?

We offer a range of amenities for horses and riders at our equestrian facility, including indoor and outdoor riding arenas, turnout paddocks, horse boarding stables, and horse trainers who provide personalized training programs for riders of all levels.

What is the age and weight limit for riders?

We do not have a specific age or weight limit for riders, but we do take into consideration the safety of both the rider and the horse. Our horse trainers assess the needs and abilities of each rider and match them with an appropriate horse.

What is the duration and cost of a typical pony ride session?

Our typical pony ride session lasts 30 minutes and costs £25 per child. During the session, children will be led by a trained instructor and will have the opportunity to groom and interact with the pony.

How do you assess the needs and abilities of the horse and rider before creating a training program?

Before creating a training program, our horse trainers assess the rider's skill level, experience, and goals. We also evaluate the horse's temperament, level of training, and physical condition. This helps us create a personalized training program that is tailored to the needs of both the rider and the horse.

What is the average length of time for a horse to complete your training program?

The length of time for a horse to complete our training program varies depending on the horse's starting level and the goals of the rider. Our horse trainers work with each horse and rider to develop a personalized training program that is designed to achieve their specific goals. Typically, our training programs range from a few months to a year or more.

I used to like this riding school, great price for London, good arenas and normally staff and instructors are friendly and well trained however on one occasion I witnessed an instructor (not during lesson) in the arena whipping a horse so much all around the arena that I felt sick in my stomach. The horse didn’t want to cross a puddle and because the horse was kind of refusing every time he thought was fine to whipping him so many times (out of frustration) all around the arena. Disgusting and to be honest other staff were there and saw it and no one said anything to him which to me looked like it is kind of acceptable treating a horse like this.
