It's a bit of a confusing place. I turned up in person with the intention of discussing a new front door and looking around the showroom. Although I got there on a day & time that their site said the showroom was open, it wasn't – but a guy standing around outside waved me into the warehouse/workshop part. I walked through, past a few guys working on a door who looked confused to see me in their space, got to the end and walked right back out again! Then met the owner, who agreeably walked me back inside and we had a chat about potential doors. I explained what I was after, he said he'd have a think and send me some photos of potential doors. We swapped numbers, I messaged a few times on Whatsapp and had no replies, so eventually stopped bothering. Generally I just felt like they weren't expecting someone to drop by and enquire about a door. They seemed amused & confused that I was there in the first place, and didn't really take the reins of the interaction despite clearly being the experts I was trying to communicate with, which made me doubt how proactive the whole thing was going to be. It's a shame though as I loved the reclaimed doors on their Instagram. I don't really feel comfortable giving a star rating as they didn't actually do any work for me, but I reckon 3 stars makes sense.

Initially it looked amazing, with good attention to detail and quality of work. Unfortunately it didn’t last a year. Cracks opened up and the finish bubbled and now it looks like it needs redoing, even though they touched it up once in the interim. For the price paid I would’ve hoped it would last longer.

Amazing service from Ahmed and team! I came for reclaimed floorboards but couldn't find exactly the right ones on the first visit. They had the right ones in stock though (I think in another warehouse) and got them ready for me by Tuesday morning, exactly as promised. The price is reasonable and they also delivered the boards the same day! Really great stuff, highly recommend.

No idea how the reviews are so stellar, as our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Engaged with these guys in April 2021 to restore our old door, not only did it take a whole lot of chasing, 7 months, 3 paint jobs , us having to touch up our fresh hallway paint due to splashes, and multiple broken promises - i.e they would return to fix the terrible paint job, broken keyhole etc. Ahmed now ignores my messages and has not returned as he promised in October 2021 to fix the problems with our door which we paid 2K for. The door now has cracks and peeling paint. Avoid at all costs for door restoration!
