I would 100 per cent recommend. One of my favourite things about Tricc is the attention to detail. There's always something new to learn about a submission, a take-down, an escape. A way to fine tune it and I love that the coaches take the time to really help you not just perfect things but understand so you can recall it the next time. The coaches are another one of my favourite things about Tricc. Pat and Bob really care about your learning and physical wellbeing. I came in to Tricc with injuries but was desperate to get back to sparring. They made me slow down, take the long road and it's paying off.

TRICCS Academy was my introduction for combat sport training. I had no BJJ or wrestling experience prior. Pat and Ollie made this experience a great one for me and I knew I was hooked after lesson one. Veryyyy diverse group (20s - 40s, men/women, multiple ethnicities) and everyone got along well. No egos or overzealous practitioners looking to "break-in" a rookie. Strongly recommend going if you're even kind of curious about jiu jitsu.
