So I took my car in here initially for a walnut blast. I was told it would take a week to carry out the work which took slightly longer but there was more work than Intended. There was a lack of communication from the get go and I had to contact the company to see if my car was ready for collection which it wasn’t. The walnut blast was carried out, unfortunately on the drive home my car went into limp mode which was something completely different and no fault of dukes automotive. But unfortunately the engine then needed pulled and opened up again, it revealed that the walnut blast was carried out to a very poor standard and I was left fitting the bill to another company to have it done a second time only 140 miles later. Long story short it almost went to court but I was contacted by dukes automotive and we settled on a refund. Other reviews are good maybe I was just unlucky but I wouldn’t recommend dukes automotive. They had a loan car for me which makes things easier. Would highly recommend coming here for any service & repairs relating to cars and especially if you own a BMW or Mini.

Normally do my own servicing but wanted to keep my first BMW's history up to date. Called these guys up, Anthony was straight to the point of what needed doing to my car and I booked it in. Also opted for a EDT. Very happy with the work. Can't fault this place. Seem to be very honest . Will definitely return when my BMW 330d due any work in the future .
