Attended here today for a friend's retirement party. As I entered I stood by the bar and waited to be served, I waited ... and waited with my credit card in hand. The couple of bar staff were behind the bar and not in any way interested in serving customers. I actually watched one drinking her own drink behind the bar ! Meanwhile another was slowly walking up and down not actually doing anything except deliberately avoiding customer contact wherever possible. The bar area was not that busy but the staff were totally disinterested in serving drinks. Eventually I asked the question "Is there any chance of being served because I've been stood here 10 minutes?"... At this a male aggressively approached and shouted at me to not shout at the staff (something I hadn't done, I'd just asked a reasonable question)... I was astonished how rude this guy was to me and that he had turned it around making me out to be in the wrong! I asked if was the manager to which he replied "Yes" ... I asked his name and was told "Adam" (male, thin, white, 25-30 "man bun" hair style)...I told him the only one shouting was him and he needed to calm down. I'll never return to this place again and will advise all my friends and family to avoid it. This so called manager "Adam" needs an attitude check and certainly requires some customer training.... urgently! Disgraceful.

Brilliant vibe in a great location / setting. Attentive staff who were always fast on hand and quick to serve - multiple areas to sit depending on how your feeling. Food and drinks themselves were fantastic and will definitely be returning again for what was a very chilled dinner.
