We were asked to come in at 11AM for an appointment. At 12.05PM the man walked in and told us "I had to pop out". No apology. Complete waste of time - if we had even had a sorry it would have been forgiven - everyone gets caught up and busy but to not even get a sorry was terrible after waiting over an hour.

Collected my car today from the friendly and very professional Tom. This is my second motobility lease using dudley motors. Although the car was ordered in Jan 2022 I was kept informed of the progress of delivery. Tom kept me updated on the situation and reassured me that I wasn't the only one in this position and it was just the backlash of Covid and brexit and despite the fact he must get hundreds of calls a day from people in the same position nothing was too much trouble for him. I ordered an electric car this time around and when the price increase of electricity happened in October 2022 I was worried that I'd be worse off. Tom took the time out to work out my mileage and to put my mind at rest over the cost of petrol v electricity. All the staff at dudley motors are friendly and professional. I highly recommend this company they are a pleasure to do with.

I ordered a Mokka in Nov 2022, was told that there might be abit of a wait due the semi conductor shortages, which I excepted. 4mths into the wait, I called the dudley branch to ask for an update. Still in the queue, no build date. Fine... 2mth went pass I called again asking for an update, was told that Tom was busy, could he call you back. Fine. No phonecall. So I called again, left a message to be told the same thing. I sent an email he didn't respond. After 4 phonecalls and emails, I finally spoke to Tom. Well what I can I say. He made me feel like I was bothering him, he then started to complain about 200 orders that he had, I felt like he was very aggressive towards me, he made me feel small and I felt like I had did something wrong. In the end I called up Motability to cancel the order, I told them what had happen on the phone, and they couldn't apologise enough. As a customer I shouldn't have been treated like this. Tom is nothing but a thug and a bully. Many people might he's lovely and nice, but from my experience he is a very nasty man. I will not be going to vauxhall in the near future.
