To CEO Mr Kevin O'theif, the fraudulent waste of tax payers money to the sum of £400000 demonstrates how totally corrupt and vile the CEO Mr Kevin O'keefe and his council officials are. How dare they strip our services to a bare minimum, while familys and children are going hungry and struggling due another 5 per cent increase in council tax complied by the cost of living crisis. While he wastes our community's hard earned tax revenues on a trip to France for himself and his cronies at all our expense while attempting to prevent the information from becoming public knowledge is absolutely disgusting and criminal. Let's see if he offers any of the ex care leavers who have significant complaints upheld regarding Dudley MBC failures surrounding being abused while in its care, lack of education, failure to assess children with disabilities and placing them into inappropriate accommodation. Let's wait and see if the council offers those individuals a remedy which reflects the injustices caused as a result of the council failings. Perhaps the national audit office should be investigating the accounts immediately! #Criminals need to be held accountable for their actions. Tory sleaze at its finest!

I have first hand experience and ample evidence that Dudley Council openly discriminates against those with disabilities which is contrary to the 2010 Equality Act. It fails to appropriately consider requests for reasonable adjustments made by disabled people who require support in using its services. Certain staff members within the complaints team, who were made aware of the communication difficulties I face did nothing to help remove any of the barriers which pertained to communication. If you dare attempt to resolve this by way of making a complaint, then please expect this council to unfairly use its Executive and vexatious responses with the aim to further limit your ability to communicate in a way that works for the customer who has several disabilities which the council are aware of. The Complaints teams are filled with narcissists, specifically the senior complaints mangers who lack empathy or any sort of compassion. The best and most appropriate advice I can offer my fellow members of the public, is to please record and document everything which will serve to prevent the council from misleading other and creating a false narrative which works their benefit. This council is amazing at manipulating the facts and attempting to hide the evidence which demonstrates the severe failings its actions have caused. This council has to be one of the worst in England. While citizens and familys of Dudley are struggling with yet another 5 per cent increase in council tax, it's Chief Executive, Mr Kevin O'keefe and his staff think it is appropriate to have wasted £100k of tax payers money to fly to a luxury business conference in Cannes France to slip champagne on the beach, while the good people of Dudley are squeeze dry and struggle with the cost of living crisis. This is yet another clear example of how Tory sleeze are wasting the hard earned tax revenues from the good citizens of Dudley. 0 stars

Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional service. The people working there do not respect their residents and do not support them at all! At the top of that they are quite abrupt for no reason, from my personal experience!

Wish I could give minus stars. Do not EVER work for this "authority". They will lie to you, they are incredibly badly managed, the leadership deliberately break the law to benefit their mates financially, and they will try to rob you of your final pay. Avoid at all cost.

Waiting for shower chair now wet room has been completed, the chair was ordered a month ago the work was done and everything is ready to use. Can't use it because I am unable to stand for more than a short time and need the chair. Have been told one is available and wating to be delivered from the stores, dont know where the stores are but I dont think they have a vehicle to use to deliver it. Incompetent nothing more to say. Still here smelling because I cant have a good wash.

Give up on phone trying to ring repairs.....i did hang on for 25+ minutes. I just do not know how this ' corporation ' exists, if it was a private company where you had to examine where every minute and pound note went......they would have been expired years ago. But, they are quick enough sending you a letter or calling YOU when you are a day late paying your rent or council tax. I would not pay them in washers. Shocking example of a ' public' service.

Fostering department is bureaucratic and unethical in their processes, which as a result puts off genuine people wanting to help.
