It's been a long time since I was in a job centre and to be honest I was dreading my 1st visit, but I have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, even the lovely cleaning lady says "hello". The only thing I've found needs improving is the lack of privacy to discuss personal issues. People are often waiting within close proximity to where discussions of a sensitive nature can be clearly heard. This should be addressed to allow more dignity.

It says on the official website that Dudley jobcentre is open Saturday 9-5. I rang the number on the website and you do not get the Dudley jobcentre, it just sends you back in the loop to the Government main desk. All they want to do is stop your money....they have never found me a job i have always found my own work when i have suffered redundancies. It is a twisted and bent super socialist regime that needs raising to the ground.
