Absolute joke of a company!! I'll cut the story short. My stepdad passed away in May last I was currently living at the property paying rent and council tax on time you know as I actually work! I received a letter on the 7th of December (Hand delivered) saying i need to be out by the 9th of January which I moved out on the 30th of December now I received a email of the housing manager Phil bertie on the 16th January saying basically there lawyer team has messed up and they was a very high possibility I could take over the tenancy.... Absolute joke! Also I shall put this in here I had a meeting on the 13th July and I was reassured everything would go smooth sailing and after 5 months of chasing and no reply I received the letter saying I need to get out. Dudley council you might want to look after your tenants who actually work for a living!!

I had a property in Central drive lower Gornal I had mould and water running out of the plug sockets my son almost got electrocuted. Dudle council are unreliable and there work is shocking if you want work doing don't rely on Dudley council I had my property for 4 years and still have the same issue even tho I complained time and time again they even tried to accuse me for living in the property enough as I work away and I am with the Armed forces. I have now give my property up and decide to save for 3 years for a mortgage.

Well the council had my mom’s bungalow scaffolded on 3 sides for work to be done on one side to remove some asbestos from the verge. What a waste of council tax money. They removed the asbestos and the contractor has left the roof joists exposed with plenty of holes for bees and wasps to gain entry to build nests. Even small birds and definitely mice would be able to gain entry. The scaffolding was removed but I’ve complained and the council has sent inspectors who’ve visited and the scaffolding has to go back up and will cost another small fortune to finish the works off. I hope these contractors will be held to account and made to pay for the money that has been wasted by us the council tax payers.
