If i could give this place minus stars then i would! I took my 6 months old puppy to her first puppy class this evening and is safe to say I won't be returning. When we got there was only two other dogs, one was extremely friendly, however I could tell the other dog wasn't friendly at all. The owner moved the dog away and waited for it to calm down, however as I was talking to Tony this vicious dog came over and attacked my puppy. The dog was completely out of and control and wouldn't stop attacking my puppy. Tony was extremely unprofessional and just say there let it happen, he didn't move from his chair or gave any advise on how to get the dog to stop. Tony says he's passionate about dogs, well what a load of rubbish that is! From what I can see he is not bothered at all about the welfare of the dogs in his care, he couldn't be bothered to come and check that my puppy was okay nor did he say anything to the vicious dogs owner. My puppy is extremely traumatised by the incident that has taken place and I will definitely not be returning. The most rundown and unprofessional dog class you can ever dream of!
