    Lovely team of people, especially Darren. Traditional oast cowl specialists. Very experienced, knowledgeable and practiced at what they do. They did the refurbishment of our cowl last time. It weathered well but was due for routine attention (overdue really due to COVID). They're extremely booked up but, once we got a date they came exactly when arranged. Took the cowl off very smoothly and efficiently, opening into roof well blocked off. Looking forward to the cowl coming back all beautiful again in traditional timber and paint. They're also going to sort out the crosstree (internal cowl support). I'd be really nervous to entrust our oast to anyone else.

    Kent is very lucky to have expert craftsmen such as Dude and Arnette. One of the cowls on our oast was making a horrible noise and I feared the worst. Dude and Arnette soon came out to have a look and knowing exactly what they were looking at diagnosed the problem immediately. Not only that but they had a great solution to the problem using a part they design and manufacture themselves. A few days later with special part manufactured they came back to fit it. All work done efficiently with skill and with care. Chaps super nice and left everything neat and tidy. Bill extremely reasonable given the knowledge, skill and proprietary parts used. Since the work was done we have had several big episodes of wind as well as Storm Eunice and the mechanism has never been so quiet. Superb service. Thank you very much.
