sent an order via their website in which i received a quotation through email very promptly. All items were in stock so i made payment and collected later in the day. All items were present and correct which fitted together nicely whilst installing. Hopefully more dealings in the near future.

Friendly.. BUT... they charge more at the trade counter than online, so if you are looking to order do so online THEN collect. I even rang earlier about collection times and told to just pop in, not pop in, it will cost 25% more (yes, 25%!!!). I have just had to stand here after ordering it all, cancel it and order online. Maybe 30 years ago this was the way to work, but today?
