Basically I had to argue that I'd paid and yet they were trying to charge me more when we changed venues. Whilst my daughter did the basics the school was disorganised as in what was needed to achieve the Stanley levels. Side breathing was not effectively taught either. I only really discovered how disorganised and how bad the technique taught was after we left the school and went to another swim school. I have no doubt the owner will dispute my claims citing pandemic issues etc but no amount of pandemic issues cause a lack of being able to work out how much someone owes. Or your staff knowing exactly what they need to achieve to get the Stanley awards. My daughter's name was consistently spelt wrong, her teacher's couldn't remember her name and just called her "the girl" until she changed times at my request. She was given a different swim teacher who was much better. There are many professional issues at this swim school which start and end with the owner. No child/parent should be discussed with other parents. This is very simple safeguarding, GDPR, professionalism and basic manners.

Very unorganised swim school, lots of last minute changes to the teachers therefore no structure to any of the classes. Changing mats for babies are filthy. Been waiting on our child’s certificates for weeks despite being told they would be there for us to collect week after week. Very poor communication - avoid and find another swim school.

I've been taking my 3 year old to Ducktails since she was under a year old. I'd recommend the swim school to anyone. The teachers are great the classes are wonderful. My little one is confident and is coming on leaps and bounds. The clashes are challenging without being too hard on the youngsters. Perfect.
