Did a lovely job with my excitable noisy spaniel! Gave good advice on whether it was a good idea/possible to strip him or not and used scissors rather than clippers, to preserve his coat which I was really happy about. He has a tendency to get matted fur behind his ears and this was future proofed with skill! He looked brilliant. Thank you very much 😊

I've used this groomers for a couple of years with no issues. However, last time they forgot my appointment then rescheduled it with a trainee who took 6.5 hours to bath and groom 2 dogs plus injured one dog quite severely (tail bled for hours). They then still tried to charge me for the groom until I refused to pay!
