I have had my eyelashes done twice at Duck and Dry. The first time the lady wouldn’t talk to me and gave me no lash care advice. However as I had never had fake eyelashes before I just never questioned it. They lasted around 4 days So I went back to get them done again and got another lady so I prewarned her I found I blinked quite a lot getting them done the first time but as the treatment was happening and I was blinking she kept raising her voice higher and higher telling me to stop blinking. I completely understand it can be quite frustrating but I had prewarned her. They lasted a week so we’re better than the first time but long story short, I just don’t recommend them due to the bad customer service and lack of after care advice.

Had eyelash strip applied and the woman was beyond rubbish, the strip wasnt even applied properly seriously unqualified hopeless member of staff, she even said she runs her own eyelash business! Seriously you cant even apply a strip eyelash wouldn't trust you for nothing else.

Horrible, they don’t give refunds, make you pay up front because no one would pay for the terrible job they do. The lady cut me multiple times while filing my nails. my nails came out uneven, asymmetrical with widening degrees of length for each corresponding finger. Just awful. Save your money and support a local business instead.

Fabulous place my gel nails lasted a month. Got them done for wedding. Such great service. Definitely recommend and good price too. Pedicure is worth going for too it's last me 6 weeks.
