Wow. absolutely disgusting treatment from Duck Bathrooms. I called merely to book an appt for a quotation and the lady who answered the call said she would put me through to someone on sales. She came back a moment later to ask me 'I need to make you aware our bathrooms start at £6,000. do you still want to proceed with this call?' I said I found that a little insulting that she felt the need to ask me that question. Laughing down the phone at me she said 'why do you find that insulting' and I said dya know what let's not bother and she said 'ok then' and put the phone down. If this is how you're treated on the very first call I can only imagine how you'd be treated if you were not happy with any works completed. Avoid like the plague.
