Not worthy of the Ducati brand. Awful experience with using this dealer. Ordered a replacement bolt for my Ducati to be posted. Paid in advance for postage. Despite the dealer having received the part, failed to send it. Now 3 to 4 weeks later and still no part. Excuses include being bought by Completely Motorcycles, accounts on stop, not our usual delivery service, weve used our own money to post this, "this is how it is". Hugely disappointed with this dealership. I won't be returning and this experience provides more validation to keep using alternatives.

Dorian made sure I had a video of my bike before I purchased it, Pam then took over and was excellent at answering all my questions, then when it was delivered I had to approve the bike.
