    Ducati Preston = Nightmare. March 2022. My bike goes in for a service. I get my Ducati Panigale back, but without the service book, handbook and spare key, all kept in leather binder. They had lost it,I had asked for a replacement, but never received a replacement. I phoned ten times all over the course of 6 months. The last phone call the Ducati employee said.quote. It’s no good to us we haven’t got it. I said. You told me in a phone call you have seen it, therefore it’s your responsible. I told him I will take this to court, if they don’t replace them. They ignored my threat of proceedings against Ducati, Preston. I took them to court and won the case. They paid me the amount to replaces hand books, service record and spare key. Total £155. My dealings as a customer and service from Ducati Preston, has been one of Incompetents , arrogance and ignorance. There has never been an apology concerning my treatment from Ducati Preston. David. Roberts.

    Went to view a bike, as soon as we walked in, it wasn't your usual sales man pestering instantly. They let us walk around viewing the new and used motorcycles. We couldn't find the one we came to view, so we asked and they instantly took us to it. Russ was brilliant, we were offered a brew instantly, which is great after a 2hr journey😅.. being a motorcycle mechanic and working with my father for years when we started to inspect the usual after asking permission, Russ left us to crack on with it, not getting involved just watching... His response being, "you definitely know what you're looking at and for". He had no issues and agreed after looking himself, as it was a used bike, it is common to come across these regular issues, especially with the less common bikes being stood and waiting for that one special person to call their owner😂 he instantly stated about getting the work sorted and was very professional and happy to help. There was no pressure on the sale and we was left to look around it further. I cannot recommend Russ and his team enough. One happy customer!😁🏍
