Recently took my old Monster in to Ducati London for service and they were absolutely superb! Quality of work carried out was great and the bike left cleaner than I took it in! All the staff were super friendly and Magdalena on the service desk was very attentive. They also gave me their new Desert X demo bike as a courtesy for the day which was so fun! 10/10 would recommend, fantastic dealership!!
