Booked a test ride and despite it not raining in Colchester it was in Maldon but they didn't have the common courtesy to call me and save me a 30 mile round trip as they don't allow test rides in the wet. Thanks đź‘Ť I see a response claiming that it was explained to me....just to confirm it wasn't and I wasn't asked to call before hand. Sorry but you can't try and cover up poor customer relations. Fact is you couldn't be bothered to inform me at any stage but rather let me drive on a 30 mile round trip for nothing

Awful customer service, bike was mistreated and damaged during a prolonged repair taking close to a year, which took 3.5 Hours on invoice. They will lie openly to avoid responsibility. I just wish id bought my new bike from somewhere else, hindsight.

Hello and welcome everyone to my review of this dealership for the Italian bike manufacturer. The management in MY opinion at Chelmsford need extensive customer satisfaction training as a brilliant dealer like A well known bike shop at Ipswich have in vast quantities. Before I received my SFV4 at only 1200 miles they had to service it,when I got home in the rain it was more than obvious that an incompetent (mechanic at this branch) had upturned the rear brake fluid reservoir cap and on ride home had leaked down gold clutch case through cap threads as I found out the next morning. Various components were damaged by brake fluid leak(I am a highly qualified engineer). Whatever pathetic reply the company at Chelmsford that sell Italian red motorcycles say in reply is of course complete RUBBISH. Of course I would not leave a bad review if it wasn’t true.I would be more than happy to prove this. They have requested a £100 fee to pick my bike up and review the damaged I have already provided to TWO very recent sales persons that number 1-sold me the bike Number 2-only stayed with company a week or so after me completely repeating the issue as number 1 employee email conversations with me were NOT retrieveable apparently buy DUCATI CHELMSFORD. VERY ODD as a customer! The company who have taken £17000 off me don’t want to keep me coming back-very sad if you ask me. The dealership can hide behind any sad reply they offer but I can assure you as a potential customer that I would gladly discuss my experience with anyone if they will let me.
