    Terrible experience. Got swizzed on pricing, which was jacked up at payment for "added VAT" so was charged 49quid to hem a linen top. Now exactly where they hemmed there are holes. My brand new jigsaw tshirt, twenty quid to shorten and it was a single line stitch which after one light short cycle wash after wearing one is broken and unravelling. They tricked me after one good job on a dress into giving a video testimonial with fake promises of discount which I did not get but was fooled into thinking hey why not? I am careful with buying nice things, and it is crummy when someone else ruins them and charges top whack plus a scam. They don't add VAT, it was just taking advantage. Fortunately, Did a great job and was able to clean it completely - I was so happy and relieved.
