Booked in for a full service on my VW Golf GTI MK7 on 18/05/2023 Paul was very professional and polite, provided an excellent service for great value. My car feels alot more responsive when I took it for a spin after. Paul also mentioned how good the car is and gave me a heads up about my front brake pads wearing down, but still have a couple thousand miles left on them so to just keep an eye on them. Following our first visit to Paul he has since carried out a service and MOT to my wife’s car, all work and MOT carried out to a very good standard, very prompt and efficient, keeping us posted during the day and at a reasonable price Paul has also carried out further work to our sons A6, this being a service and MOT, all undertaken in a very professional manner. Paul has also undertaken the replacement of the auxiliary water pump on the same car, again very prompt service and carried out the work as arranged. Both vehicles being handed back in a clean and professional manner without greasy hand marks on the interior, All in all a joy to deal with someone who does what he says he will do in a very professional manner, well done Many thanks Paul Mike W

Have been using Paul at Dubtek for a little while now and he really is second to none, this time my Passat R36 required major work (gearbox issues and timing chain issues). The work was completed in a timely manor and pricing was extremely competitive. My car was also collected and dropped back.
