    I got in contact with Dtronix Milton Keynes as the website looked professional, I then contacted them via phone and they stated that if I bring my item for repair in they will see what they can do. In short, they quoted, stuck to the quote and if any parts were not included, they always contacted for approval first before proceeding at a fair price. I was so pleased with the repair which has sentimental values and my item is now fully functioning like new thanks to the team at Dtronix. Thank you guys Michael St Ville.

    My double din unit stopped working and Panasonic said Dtronix were their preferred/recommended partners. Having had my unti for about 5 years and not knowing anything about Dtronix I was apprehensive but with no reason to be. From my first contact with Lisa at customer support I felt confident in sending my unit off for the them to make an initial inspection. Once recieved by them the engineers kept me well informed about what they had found and how the unit could be mended. I was given a price which was a lot cheaper than buying new and they proceeded to repair the item with genuine parts, many direct from Japan. I am now in reciept of my working double din unit and very happy with the service recieved - Highly Recommended - Thank you.

    I'm pleased to have had dealings with Dtronix recently. My Pioneer Head unit seemed to have developed a problem and via Amazon seller I was directed to Dtronix for support. Right away they wanted to arrange collection of the unit and have it serviced but then they suggested we do some checks first. I was then contacted by Steve from Pioneer and he gave me advice. Low and behold the issue was not with the Head unit but my van wiring!! During this time they kept in touch and were not critical of my lack of investigation lol! Would definitely recommend. Thanks

    i had a pioneer unit and the buttons stopped working.so i contacted pioneer, to see if it was under warrantee .they gave me dtronix number and i contacted them had to take the afternoon. assuming they would fix it. they said this would be collected and i waited for a date, on the day it was to be collected i had to take the afternoon off work. and the turned up before the time due so lost half a days pay for nothing i was angry but ,arranged another day and the didnt turn up.so i posted it myself. 3 days later i got a call saying it had water damage and they cant touch it until i pay £36 .... well if they never looked at it how do they know it had water damage, but i thought its under warranty so i paid , ive asked them how from my car to them did it get water damage ,a damaged cage, and screen, there was nothing wrong with it besides the buttons. do not use this company they will rob you blind, they are now asking for £270 to fix it.so for the sake of a volume button .they are threatening to dispose of it,
