    Be careful of DTD Elite Couriers company conducted by Tomas Pabrinkis, Aleksandr, Serghei. If you think to be their driver, you will not get respect from them any ways. During interview they promise you stable and good overtime money, but in fact you have no right to ask for overtime money, because if you ask, you may not work right away, They expect work for them many hours - overtime for free and sleep in a van, not adapted conditions to sleep (like a luton or a sprinter van) between stops, so they maybe appreciates you. You can work quickly and reliably, but that is not enough for them, you must "fly" to finish work twice as fast. You are in control every mile you drive - there is pressure all the time, you have to break the law, so they maybe be happy of yours job. You have to be with them for a 24h on WhatsApp - keep writing messages where are you - whether you are driving a van in the middle of London or not. They are amateurs, they find last minute jobs from the CX courier exchange website (and similar), and you can't always get jobs from them every days. BEWARE OF THEM.
