Absolutely the worst customer experience and lack of engagement we have every encountered. Unfortunately, there was no option to give -5 hence only 1 star. Once they confirmed money transfer was completed for the purchase of Centre Court Wimbledon ticket + hospitality package,(be aware that you have to pay 6 weeks in advance) our experience with DTB deteriorated. There was no communications, no explanation of processes and no engagement. As the customers, we felt insignificant and irrelevant, and that the DTB's processes, going home time, key staff unavailability, holidays and mind their dogs was more important. We reached out on several occasions to find out how things were progressing and felt as if we were a nuisance. As a couple we had reached a significant milestone 100yrs birthday between us and this was our once in a lifetime treat which we told them on several occasions. Faced with this treatment our disappointment is overwhelming. For fair market value for your money and for a company that values your business, shop around.
