    As many other reviews have pointed out, DSSL have a terrible track record of implementing proper fixes for the security systems they claim to be experts in. They have been repeatedly called out to the block of flats I live in over the past few months and failed to implement proper long-term fixes each time. The result of this is that the door to the building is left for long periods without a properly functioning lock, either failing to grant access to key fobs or simply not locking at all, severely compromising the security of myself and other residents. They have visited the property numerous times over the past few months but never seem capable of implementing a long-term fix. Myself and other residents are unfortunately at the point where we're skeptical that DSSL have a sincere interest in fixing the issues, despite their claims to the contrary. The only alternative explanation is that the staff they're sending aren't qualified or experienced enough to resolve these issues. So far, they have provided exceptionally poor value for money and I'd strongly recommend steering clear of them.

    I’m writing you to express my extreme dissatisfaction about the poor service your company provided. There are two major issues: 1. Front entrance glass door and back entrance glass door (toward court yard) of our development has been left unlock for over a month and your team failed to repair it in a timely manner. I was advised that your team attended job no. 1800784 on 5 May; however, the issue with the locks will require further investigation. The follow-up visit for 1 June 2023. How this is acceptable? Will you leave your home door unlock for this long? Will you be responsible for any damage to the property or residents due to the delayed of your repair? In addition, the previous two repairs weren’t successful but it was being marked as complete. 2. There has been on going various abnormal issues in the past one year e.g. doors don’t lock, doors don’t open with fobs…etc, your team never pin down the underlying issues in order to fix it once for all. I can’t help to doubt that if you ever interested in fixing the problem once for all or are you trying to make money from endless repairs? I look forward to your response.

    DSSL have been sent to fix the communal entrance and intercom system of our Sanctuary owned building in Hackney multiple times to no avail, which means multiple call out fees. Additionally, after chasing the last supposed visit, I was informed that DSSL couldn't do anything because they couldn't access the property... (perhaps because the communal entrance and intercom is BROKEN). I should add that they've had my mobile number since February and never attempted to call to gain access.

    A terrible group of contractors who constantly lie about fixing things and attending the site at Verde House. I am truly surprised about all of these positive reviews when we are paying £££ in bogus service charges for jobs DSSL submit when they haven't even attended!!! Untrustworthy and I would not use them. Southern will be recalling jobs instead of raising again so you don't get paid twice. We are onto you
