I was battling to find a garage that would give me excellent service and attention to detail. I looked online and was pleased to find this Garage. A lot of other mechanics quoted me on the job I needed doing but weren’t entirely sure of what the problem was. When I spoke to Alex, he assured me that he knew exactly what the problem was and was able to quote me a price there and then. He had an excellent telephone manner and really made me feel comfortable leaving my car in his hands knowing it would be taken care of and that the problem would be rectified. I was extremely impressed by their manner, professionalism, knowledge and courtesy that I would have no doubt in my mind that I will make this Garage my choice in future. I have a fiat 500, my first car, and im not knowledgeable in cars at all. I first messaged them via their Google chat option (first time I had used it) to see what response I would get, and if they could give me a rough idea of the problem. They answered first thing in the morning 8am, and gave a few issues it could be. I asked if it was possible to take my car in for the day for a check and that I need the car fixed asap as I have University the next day. They were kind enough to do my diagnosis for free when I went in. They gave me an estimate of about 2pm of when they’d get back to me and I got the call at about 2:10pm, which was so amazing I was so relieved. After that, they explain the issue (something to do with the engine and ball joints idk) and I spoke to my brother who kinda dealt with this all, he called the garage and they explain the issue so well to him even he was impressed. The issue was fixed and honestly I was so so impressed with the way this was dealt because I had no clue what was going on I just kinda said do your thing and they definitely did and I’m so grateful. My car sounds like new and I couldn’t be happier. If you have a fiat I would definitely recommend this garage. And it’s such a plus that everyone is welcoming and kind. When I was leaving, the reception guy, Alex, gave me some options on what services they offer and that they could do my MOT when it comes round to it, and it was really nice to feel like this garage is somewhere I can trust with my car. When I cam to DSR Fiat specialists this was a final attempt at saving our beloved car- These guys saved my Fiat 500! Have been in and out of other mechanics 5 times before (4 of which with a certified fiat mechanic) finally finding DSR online. The other mechanics just couldn't figure out what was wrong. This is a fiat 500 Turbo twin from 2011. The throttle body kept coming up on the diagnostics but once the fault cleared from the computer the car was running well. I suggested leaving the car with them for a period of time for them to properly push it to its limits and figure out what was wrong. They finally suggested changing the throttle body and the car is running beautifully. Thank you so much for taking your time and fixing our car! Saved us thousands!!! THANK YOU!!!!! - can't recommend these guys enough!!!!

In London I can buy the same products that are sold here for half as much money so this Shopping Center is extremely Expensive The products they want to sell here are not worth the price at all! this is a bad marketing
