I have been coming to Yeliz to get gels now for over a year, wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is so friendly, kind and so accommodating. There’s been a couple of occasions where I’ve needed to rearrange last minute and she always ensures she can get you in asap, always such a reliable and quality service. She takes such care in what she does, and puts all her customers first. Definitely recommend. She even has a loyalty card, to collect stars and get a 6th set free! My daughter is in tears!! She’s booked to have her nails done for her birthday turned up today after spending money on the bus to be told she hadn’t got an appointment even with proof of her booking! and correspondence over a period of days! She didn’t even get inside the building, it was locked and a little reunion party going on. Someone finally came to the door and my daughter was told to make another booking. It has taken her all day to find her confidence to go to town. For someone to make her feel totally upset she has anxiety as it is, and it took great courage to book this and turn up. The lady who spoke with her was not even apologetic.
