Mr Shillabeer is outstanding. He managed a lot of children. You can see him so busy setting up around by himself. I’m so confident and surely keep sending my son till his black belt. There were once an incident where one of the parent misunderstood, but Mr Shillabeer handled it very very well. So I think he deserved 5 stars rating!

My son has been training with Mr Shillabeer for 6 years and it has been the most positive thing he has ever done. He has flourished since starting when he was 5 and has recently got his black belt, with the help and support of the instructor. I have also now joined and I absolutely love it. We have done competitions (which are always encouraged but never forced) and both my son and I have got medals. If you think you’re too old to give it a try, you are not! Just give it a go 👍🏻

DS Taekwondo is a brilliant club! Adult classes are diverse in terms of ability, fitness level, age and gender. The group are friendly and welcoming, a great set of people to train with. Mr Shillabeer is a knowledgeable and passionate instructor, who pushes his students to get the best out of them. Highly recommend to anyone looking to give it a go!

Very supportive environment for adult beginners and all ages/genders. Good for trying something new and meeting people while building confidence, the club has social events outside of classes too. Competitions, belt grading and self defence all encouraged. Mr Shillabeer is a very dedicated coach.
