    It would be better for everyone if this place was shut down. Me and many other have severely been let down l. Its been 18 months and still waiting for help. I am unable to talk on the phone and they won't talk to any of my relatives (I have given consent many times), so they are going to discharge me from the non ending waiting list. If you can afford it I highly suggest private therapy £45 an hour, but definitely worth it. Drury lane feels like a prison and they make you feel like you're making your illness up and that you're a burden to them. They don't have to the resources and are actually making service users worse.

    I’ve never ever left a review on anything but after reading everyone’s else I felt I needed to also. I went here today and the man I saw was horrible. He made me feel scared how he spoke to me. I wanted to walk out but I don’t have the confidence to do things like that. He kept looking at the clock, he made me fell more worthless than I already feel. Stay away from here

    This place needs to be shut down. They did not listen to my son who was seriously depressed. A psychiatrist told him he had a genetic condition. My son then took his own life, he could not live with that information.

    Failing way too many people. Been waiting over a year for just the basics to be done, just give you medication which sedates you and send you on your way and expects you to carry on as normal. Needs re-evaluating massively or shutting down
